Can´t find players when restarting server

Hi,
Everytime I restart the server the boom can´t find the server again.
I try to restart the boom and go through setup. I get to the point where it´s supposed to connect to iTunes and then it fails.
Very annoying especially since I can´t find the logic of when they connect again. I normally fix it after a lot of trials and errors.
Can anyone help me here?
